ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing takes 5–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may be extended during holiday periods, product launches, limited edition releases, or site-wide promotions due to increased order volume. Additionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier shipment delays, raw material shortages, or other external disruptions that may impact production or fulfillment timelines.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be considered received on the following business day and will be processed accordingly.

Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded from processing times and are not considered business days.
If applicable:

In cases where the client has requested a measurement appointment, the processing timeline will begin only after the measurements have been completed.

If the client opts to submit a selfie for dress customization purposes, the processing timeline will not commence until the required image has been received by Via Mermaids.
Please note: Processing time refers to the time required to prepare the order for production and/or shipment, and does not include actual shipping transit time.

Following processing, your order will ship using the delivery option the Customer has chosen at checkout. You will be notified via email with tracking.
