2. We will reach out via email after purchase to request a selfie to match your skin tone to our mesh selection. (The step to send a selfie is optional and not required.)

3. If your order is flagged as risk for fraud, we will reach out via email so you can verify your purchase. We will request for following so we can move forward with processing your order. 

Take TWO selfies with:

  • Your photo ID next to your face.

  • A hand written note next to your face stating: "I purchased a custom dress by Shay Simone/Via Mermaids"

If customer does not submit the above requested information once contacted within 24 hours, order will be canceled.

4. PROCESSING TIMES: 3-4 weeks. If you NEED IT SOONER, you may CONTACT US for immediate assistance.

5. If you use our payment plans, the dress must be fully paid before shipping. However, if you use AfterPay, Sezzle, or Shop Pay, we can ship your dress before it's fully paid.

Lay flat or hang the dress with the clear straps inside the dress to avoid stretching your mesh fabric.

Feather dresses: take the dress out and shake the feathers out to allow feathers to fluff up more (usually takes 24-48 hours) Some shedding of feathers may occur.
