- Regular Shipping: We use UPS Ground for regular shipping, which typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery.
- Express Shipping: For expedited delivery within the USA, our Express Shipping option ensures delivery in just 1-3 business days.

**Shipping to Canada:**
- Shipments to Canada are fulfilled through USPS Priority, with an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 7-15 business days.

**Shipping to All Other Countries:**
- For international orders, we use First-Class international shipping, which can vary in delivery time and typically ranges from 10 to 35 days.
- For a faster international shipping option, we offer DHL Express for an additional charge of $25-$200, depending on the product and destination. DHL Express delivers within 4-7 business days.

**Important Considerations:**
- Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages.
- Priority Packages come with $50 insurance. If you wish to add full insurance to your package, please contact us via email for assistance.

**Return of Packages:**
- In the event that a package is returned to us due to failure of pickup or an invalid address, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee. Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges in such cases.

EXCHANGES

No Refunds Will Be Issued

At Via Mermaids, we offer exchanges for different sizes on items under $600, as we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our exchange policy for a smooth and hassle-free process:

  1. Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to request an exchange.
  2. Return Conditions:
  • The item must be returned in an unworn condition with all tags still attached.
  • The return should be initiated within 3 business days of notifying us.
  • Please note that custom-sized and prom gowns over $400 are considered final sale items and are not eligible for exchange.
  1. Size Availability: In the event that a bigger or smaller size is unavailable, or the item is no longer in stock, we will provide you with store credit.
  2. Timely Communication: Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or not returning the item within 3 business days (after approval) will result in a denial of the exchange request.
  3. Size Consideration: To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size charts when making your selection. We are not responsible for issues related to sizing, such as tears or rips in the fabric.
  4. Quality Assurance: Rest assured, all items are meticulously inspected before they are shipped to you.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report such issues within 48 hours or to return the item within 3 business days (after approval) will result in a denial of the exchange request.
  6. Special Care for Rhinestones Fabric: Please handle products made with metal rhinestones fabric with extra care, as they are delicate. Avoid pulling on the dress, as doing so may cause tears that render the dress unwearable.

Please keep in mind that you were duly informed about the delicate nature of products made with rhinestones fabric before placing your order. As such, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for dresses that tear due to mishandling.
